Ingredients;
1. Rice (250g)
2. Thyme
3. Curry
5. Water (As required)
6. Vegetable Oil
8. Jumbo Prawns
9. Salt
COOKING:
Pour 3 Tablespoons of vegetable oil in a cooking pot and add Two (2) teaspoons of Thyme, Three (3) teaspoons of Curry powder with Jumbo seasoning and stir in to the vegetable oil. Pour 250g of Rice into the pot and stir in with 500g of chicken stock and water (100g or as required) with salt to taste. Leave it to boil and slow cook for 20-30mins on reduced heat.
One secret to avoiding your Fried rice becoming slimery and change in taste is by steaming your vegetables and drain in a sieve before adding to the boiled rice. Add the prawns and stir all together and leave to steam on low heat for 5-10 minutes. Thats it! Your Fried rice is ready to be served.
