Cow Intestine (Round About)

Beef intestines, also known as Round About, are a low-fat protein source. They are not common in mainstream African cooking, but they are a dietary staple in other cultures, including Latin America and China.

In Nigeria, It is used as parts of ingredients for preparing Spicy Soup (Pepper Soup).
